These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of www.BuyUnclaimedMail.com (the "Site"). This Site is owned and operated by Unclaimed Mail LLC, doing business as Buy Unclaimed Mail ("Unclaimed Mail," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing and purchasing products from this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. These Terms include a Dispute Resolution clause that impacts your rights and provides how disputes, including chargebacks and legal actions, will be resolved. By using the Site and making a purchase, you agree to all provisions stated herein.

All content published and made available on the Site, including but not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything contributing to the composition of the Site, is the property of Unclaimed Mail LLC and its creators. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is prohibited.

The minimum age to use the Site is 18 years old. By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not assume any legal responsibility for any false statements about your age.

By using the Site, you agree to:

• Use the Site legally and refrain from using it for illegal purposes or any activities that violate these Terms and Conditions.
• Do not:
  • Harass or mistreat other users.
  • Violate the rights of other users.
  • Violate intellectual property rights.
  • Engage in fraudulent activities, including hacking into accounts or using false information.
  • Post inappropriate or offensive material.

If we believe you are using the Site in violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access and take any necessary legal actions to prevent further violations.

When you create an account on the Site, you agree:

• To be solely responsible for the security and privacy of your account, including passwords and any sensitive information attached to your account.
• That all personal information you provide is accurate and truthful, and you will update it as necessary.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be using the Site illegally or violating these Terms.

The Site offers undeliverable e-commerce packages and mixed merchandise acquired through third-party wholesale and secondary-market suppliers (collectively referred to as the “Goods”).

Contents vary from order to order. No specific product, category, brand, original retailer, condition, or value is guaranteed. Product photographs and videos are examples of inventory previously received and do not represent or guarantee the contents of any specific order. We do not advertise or promise the inclusion of any particular branded product.

Goods may be new, open-box, customer returns, shelf pulls, or otherwise show packaging wear, prior opening, handling, missing accessories, damage, or signs of use. Duplicate or similar items may be included. All Goods are sold as-is.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions and information. However, because the Goods are assorted and may not be individually inspected before sale, we cannot guarantee every detail regarding their contents, condition, functionality, or value.

Buy Unclaimed Mail is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any postal service, shipping carrier, retailer, marketplace, product manufacturer, or other third-party brand.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order when necessary. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout. Available payment methods may include major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other approved payment services.

By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize Unclaimed Mail LLC and its payment processors to charge the total amount displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes and any disclosed fees.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information. Payment authorization does not guarantee acceptance of an order. All orders remain subject to availability, fraud screening, identity verification, and these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to reject or cancel an affected order. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

We currently ship only within the United States. A valid physical delivery address is required. We do not ship to P.O. boxes because signature confirmation is required for all orders.

Orders are generally processed Monday through Thursday within one to three business days. Processing times exclude Fridays, weekends, holidays, announced business closures, identity-verification delays, and circumstances outside our reasonable control. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Standard shipping is currently provided at no additional charge unless a different charge or shipping option is clearly displayed during checkout. Orders may be shipped through UPS, USPS, or another carrier selected by us. Tracking information will be provided after shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete names, addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery, missed signature, or customer-requested address correction may be charged to the customer.

Delivery dates and carrier estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide any delay notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery, subject to applicable law. If an order is delayed, damaged, lost in transit, or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact CustomerSupport@BuyUnclaimedMail.com promptly. We will review the matter and, when appropriate, assist with the carrier’s investigation or insurance-claim process. Customers may be required to provide photographs, identification, an affidavit, or other documentation requested by the carrier or insurer.

All Goods are sold as-is, and all sales are final. Due to the assorted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on dissatisfaction with the contents, product category, brand, condition, packaging, duplicate items, perceived value, resale value, or personal preference.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed because orders may enter processing shortly after payment is received.

If you contact us within one hour of placing your order and the payment can still be voided before processing begins, we may approve the cancellation without a cancellation fee.

If processing has already begun, any cancellation is at our discretion. If an exception is approved, a 25% cancellation and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Payment-processing fees that are not returned to us are also nonrefundable. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

The cancellation and restocking fee will not apply when we cancel an order because we cannot fulfill it or when a full refund is required by applicable law.

To request a cancellation, contact CustomerSupport@BuyUnclaimedMail.com immediately and include your name and order number.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unclaimed Mail LLC and its directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

By using the Site, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unclaimed Mail LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

• Chargeback Prevention:  If you believe a charge is unauthorized or there is a problem with your order, please contact CustomerSupport@BuyUnclaimedMail.com promptly so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the matter. Nothing in these Terms waives any billing-dispute or consumer-protection right provided by applicable law. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that we believe are inaccurate, unsupported, abusive, or fraudulent and may suspend the associated account or cancel pending orders while the matter is investigated. 
• Verification of Claims:  We reserve the right to request documentation reasonably necessary to investigate the validity of a claim or chargeback. This may include identification, order information, communications, photographs, tracking information, delivery confirmation, or signature records. Failure to cooperate may be documented and provided to the applicable payment processor or financial institution for consideration during its investigation.
• Chargeback Fees:  If a chargeback or payment dispute is knowingly false or fraudulent, we reserve the right to seek recovery of resulting losses, fees, penalties, and other available remedies to the extent permitted by law. 

Fraud Prevention:
We take fraud seriously and use various methods to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions, including but not limited to:

• Identity Verification: We reserve the right to request additional information from you to verify your identity or payment method prior to processing any order. This may include, but is not limited to, photo ID verification, payment method confirmation, and address verification.
• Suspicious Activity: If we detect suspicious or fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen credit cards, unauthorized use of personal information, or any activities that violate our Terms, we reserve the right to cancel your order, block your access to the Site, and report the matter to law enforcement authorities in Michigan.
• Investigations: Any chargeback or fraud-related issues will be thoroughly investigated. By purchasing from the Site, you agree to cooperate with our investigations, including providing any requested documentation or information.

Fraudulent Transactions:  If we reasonably believe a payment was made using a stolen or unauthorized payment method, we may cancel the order, preserve relevant transaction records, and report the matter to the payment processor, financial institution, or appropriate law-enforcement agency. Any person who knowingly participates in a fraudulent transaction may be held responsible for resulting losses, fees, and other remedies to the extent permitted by law. 

Informal Resolution: Before beginning arbitration or filing a lawsuit, you agree to contact Unclaimed Mail LLC at Customersupport@buyunclaimedmail.com and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute directly with us.

Binding Arbitration: Except for claims eligible for small claims court or requests for injunctive relief involving intellectual-property rights, any dispute arising from these Terms, the Site, or a purchase from Unclaimed Mail LLC shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Payment Disputes: Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising any dispute rights provided by applicable law or their payment provider. We encourage customers to contact us first so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Costs of Arbitration: Arbitration fees and costs shall be allocated according to the applicable AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. Each party shall be responsible for its own attorney fees unless applicable law or the arbitrator provides otherwise.

Exceptions: Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court or seek appropriate injunctive relief concerning intellectual-property infringement, fraud, or unauthorized use of the Site.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of the arbitration provisions in Section 12.

Any dispute not required to be resolved through arbitration or eligible for small claims court shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Michigan, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. If it cannot be modified, it shall be severed. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 

Unclaimed Mail LLC shall not be liable for a failure or delay in performing its obligations when caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, supply shortages, power or internet outages, cyberattacks, or similar events.

Our obligations will be suspended only for the duration of the event, and we will make reasonable efforts to resume performance. If an affected order cannot reasonably be fulfilled, Unclaimed Mail LLC may cancel the order and refund the amount paid for any merchandise that was not provided.

Products offered by Unclaimed Mail LLC may include merchandise from undeliverable e-commerce packages, overstock, customer returns, and other secondary-market or liquidation sources. Merchandise may be new, open-box, previously handled, used, incomplete, damaged, nonfunctional, or duplicated.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNCLAIMED MAIL LLC DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

We do not guarantee the specific contents, brands, condition, functionality, retail value, resale value, or suitability of any product. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the uncertain and variable nature of this merchandise.

Nothing in this section excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, email address, telephone number, and payment information. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order.

Delivery Requirements: Orders must be shipped to a valid United States street address. We do not ship to PO boxes because a signature is required for delivery. You are responsible for monitoring the carrier’s tracking information and ensuring that you or an authorized person is available to accept and sign for the package.

Returned Packages: If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to sign, or failure to retrieve the package from the carrier, you will be responsible for the actual cost of reshipping it. A package being returned to us does not automatically cancel the order or qualify it for a refund.

Order Verification: You agree to respond promptly to reasonable identity, payment, or address-verification requests for orders flagged for additional review. We may delay or cancel an order if the requested verification is not provided within the stated timeframe.

Applicable sales taxes and other legally required taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout based on the shipping address and applicable law. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase that Unclaimed Mail LLC is not legally required to collect.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which is available through the Site’s footer. Please review the Privacy Policy before placing an order.

We may collect and use information necessary to process payments, fulfill and deliver orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, verify transactions, and comply with legal obligations. This information may be shared with payment processors, shipping carriers, fraud-prevention providers, and other service providers when reasonably necessary to complete these activities.

Orders identified for additional review may require identity or payment verification, including a government-issued photo ID, payment-method confirmation, proof of address, or a photograph used to verify identity. Verification information will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.

We welcome voluntary feedback and suggestions regarding our products, services, and Site. By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant Unclaimed Mail LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, and implement that feedback for legitimate business purposes without compensation or other obligation to you.

Please do not submit confidential information or material that belongs to another person or business.

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. When changes are made, we will post the revised Terms on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date. We may also provide notice by email or through a notice on the Site when changes are material.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, revised Terms will become effective when posted and will apply to future use of the Site and purchases made after their effective date. A purchase will generally be governed by the Terms in effect when the order was placed.

Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.
