• Sale at Own Risk: By purchasing Goods from the Site, you accept the risks associated with purchasing unclaimed or undelivered mail, including unknown content, value, or condition.

We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order after payment is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• Final Sale: All sales are final. No returns, cancellations, or refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Restocking Fee: If an exception is made (e.g., at our sole discretion), a restocking fee of 25% of the order total will apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unclaimed Mail LLC and its directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

By using the Site, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unclaimed Mail LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

• Chargeback Prevention: By purchasing from the Site, you waive the right to initiate a chargeback or dispute the transaction for any reason. Any chargeback initiated may result in the immediate suspension of your account and legal action to recover any funds lost due to the chargeback, including attorney’s fees.
• Verification of Claims: We reserve the right to request documentation to verify the validity of any claim or chargeback. Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the rejection of the dispute.
• Chargeback Fees: You agree to reimburse us for any chargeback fees or penalties incurred due to your actions.

Fraud Prevention:
We take fraud seriously and use various methods to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions, including but not limited to:

• Identity Verification: We reserve the right to request additional information from you to verify your identity or payment method prior to processing any order. This may include, but is not limited to, photo ID verification, payment method confirmation, and address verification.
• Suspicious Activity: If we detect suspicious or fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen credit cards, unauthorized use of personal information, or any activities that violate our Terms, we reserve the right to cancel your order, block your access to the Site, and report the matter to law enforcement authorities in Michigan.
• Investigations: Any chargeback or fraud-related issues will be thoroughly investigated. By purchasing from the Site, you agree to cooperate with our investigations, including providing any requested documentation or information.

Fraudulent Transactions: If any payment is made using a stolen payment method, we will immediately report the transaction and any relevant details to law enforcement and credit card companies. You agree to bear full responsibility for any such fraudulent activity and for all associated charges and legal fees.

Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions, including chargebacks, disputes, and lawsuits, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Michigan, governed by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration will be the exclusive forum for dispute resolution, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

Exceptions: Notwithstanding the above, you and Unclaimed Mail LLC retain the right to file a claim in small claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual property infringement.

Costs of Arbitration: The costs of arbitration will be borne by the losing party.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalid provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Unclaimed Mail LLC shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, labor strikes, or any other event that renders performance impossible or impractical.

The goods provided by Unclaimed Mail LLC are sold "as is" and without any warranties, express or implied. We make no representations or warranties about the quality, value, or condition of the goods, nor do we guarantee their fitness for any particular purpose. By purchasing goods from the Site, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with unclaimed mail and liquidation merchandise.

You are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including the correct shipping address and contact information. If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.

You are responsible for paying any sales tax or other taxes that may be applicable to your purchase, depending on the jurisdiction in which you reside. Taxes will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address provided.
